Run toward the unknown

I'm most alive when I find the things I didn't know I didn't know.

Find the root, then build the system

I can't think clearly until I understand why something works. Once I crack it, I build a system that scales.

Decide from principles

When there's no clear answer, I decide on principle, not on what's easy or popular. That's what gets me to the best call in the moment.

Progress moves me, not the finish line

I treat every opportunity as a step forward. Some look like nowhere at the time, but each was a principled call, so they connect in the end.

Earn trust by being real

People can feel what's real and what isn't, so I only share what I've genuinely thought and lived. That doesn't change, which keeps me consistent, and consistency is what earns trust.

Refract

A demo I built to show how Refract could unblock product managers, with faster feature calls and work fanned out to the team. It clusters scattered feedback, ranks it on a five-dimension matrix, and ships whatever you approve straight to your coding agent over MCP.

Hands-on cloud architecture reviews with customers

Foundation first. I got customers' AWS architecture right from the start, so it held up as they grew, with customers like respond.io and omnichat.ai reaching 10x growth over five years.  

Whiteboard, then build alongside. I walked them through how to decouple and how to design for scale, so they could grew without tearing it down.
